In the increasingly competitive market environment,many large enterprises set up their own logistics distribution centers in order to improve the sorting efficiency and based on the consideration of future production scale expansion,and introduced the automatic sorting system with high timeliness and accuracy.Although the sorting efficiency has been greatly improved compared with traditional manual sorting after the introduction of automatic sorting system,there are many influencing factors that cause discontinuous sorting operations in the actual sorting process,which directly lead to the reduction of sorting efficiency and the waste of sorting resources.Therefore,it is necessary to consider the sorting process of distribution center based on the characteristics of goods and optimize the sorting strategy.In this paper,the rarely involved cross-belt automatic sorting system of clothing distribution center is taken as the research object.In order to solve the obvious difference in sorting time between various sorting crossings,the two sorting strategies of order batching and order segmentation are improved based on the order sorting requirements in different periods.For order partial strategy to establish the same batch order sorting time model firstly,through the analysis of types and demand for each product items in the order and the order picking time,the relationship between order similarity coefficient was proposed,and the order partial model is build,partial principle is changed from first come first service to maximize each batch order similarity coefficient of partial principle.Considering the cross belt sorting machine work mechanism,divide order according to item type when optimize order strategy firstly,then divide items categories and grades,and establish items sorting time model,through the analysis of items matching items and sorting the relations of time,put forward the item items matching coefficient and a kind of new matching methods,so as to shorten the same sorting area between various sorting crossing the sorting of the jet lag,achieved the goal that reduce the difficulty of the confluence at the same time.Finally,with the help of MATLAB for case verification and analysis,the two sorting strategies of order batching and order segmentation after improvement are respectively applied to the sorting demand in different periods,analyze the applicable situation of two kinds of sorting strategy and divide the clear and accurate choice of the boundaries by a specific variation coefficient value for two kinds of sorting strategy.The paper has 15 drawings,10 tables and 68 references.
