Redesign Of Environmental Monitoring System For H Nuclear Power Plant

During 11 th Five-Year, China opened the big screen of the construction of nuclear power,and vigorously develop clean energy represented by nuclear power to achieve social consensus. With the construction of a large number of nuclear power projects, nuclear power plants are increasingly subject to the supervision of government and the public's attention by the environmental problems. Nuclear power station environmental monitoring data of the intuitive connection has become bridges companies, regulatory departments and the public, so the establishment of effective environmental monitoring system, to ensure the accuracy of monitoring data, the nuclear power station on the accept social supervision, public acceptance has a positive practical significance.This paper collates the theory knowledge of environmental monitoring and management,introduces the content of foreign nuclear power station environmental monitoring system,through the study of China's radiation environmental monitoring standards and regulations,detailing the H nuclear power plant environmental monitoring system. The new characteristics of the environmental monitoring system of H nuclear power station are discussed in detail from four aspects: the establishment of the monitoring plan, the determination of the non radioactive content in the sea area, the temperature and water drainage monitoring, the improvement of the environmental monitoring facilities after the Fukushima nuclear accident. Through in-depth analysis of the environmental monitoring system of H nuclear power station, three aspects need to be improved, that is, the monitoring scheme optimization problem, the quality assurance work is not standardized and the monitoring means is single. In view of the above three points, combined with the development of domestic and foreign nuclear power station of good practice and monitoring technology, the monitoring system for improvement to achieve the redesign of H nuclear power station environmental monitoring system is proposed, to make it more in line with the requirements of the development of the nuclear power station environmental monitoring system.H nuclear power station environmental monitoring system making process through the national radiation environmental safety regulations of the update phase, has also experienced the changes required to improve after the nuclear accident in Fukushima, to other domesticnuclear power plant in the formulation of environmental monitoring system in the process has very good reference value.
