However, from the current macro-economic point of view, almost all industries have overcapacity problems, especially in equipmentmanufacturing, steel, cement and other basic industries. These industries include a large number of small and medium state-owned enterprises, and the problems of those enterprises become increasingly prominent, such as low production efficiency, low economic efficiency, outdated equipment, lacking of technological innovation capability, irrational industrial structure, etc.When the owned funds or precipitation funds of enterprises are gradually shrinking, and few external funds are injected, the transformation and upgrading has become a breakthrough in development of these enterprises, such as: business restructuring, the introduction of new technology, new equipment, investment in new industries, tapping new demand of traditional industries. In the process of corporate’s restructuring and upgrading, project risk management and control has become one of the key factors in the success of business transformation, especially risk assessments. Therefore, it’s very important to develop a set of scientific and effective investment risk management mechanism to avoid blind investmentand carry out project risk control.In this paper, it takes a conventional thermal power enterprise--SYJXC Ltd. as the research object, selecting this restructuring and upgrading project--the denitration catalyst production to study the enterprise’s overview and the method of risk assessment. It stands on the perspective of managers, attempting to take the risk matrix theory as a guide,providing a project risk evaluation system to solve the problems of project risk evaluation.Specifically, this paper summarizes and discusses the relevant theoretical knowledge of risk evaluation, and analyzes the theory andapplicability of the risk matrix method.Then, it analyzesthe company’s present problems by fully investigating the denitration catalyst production project of SYJXC Ltd.Based on these issues, we try to construct a risk evaluation system of production project of denitration catalyst according to the reality of SYJXC Co., Ltd by combining the risk matrix and the AHP. Then it comes up with the comprehensiveevaluation results ofdenitration catalyst production projects,and proposes the notes of index application.Finally, in order to better guarantee the smooth operation of the system, itmakes several improvements to the company. We look forward to taking this project as the example, through the use of this management system in the process of continuous improvement, to improve SYJXC Ltd. project risk management, thereby to obtain the advantage in the fierce market competition. |
