Mine cars belong to standard narrow-gauge vehicles,which are mainly used to load coal(ore),or waste rock,and other bulk materials.In mining hoist-conveyor system,the mine cars are indispensable.The Mine cars are non-powered vehicles,and there are two main methods to use,one method is of electric locomotive pulling a mine car in the lane orbit,and the other is to use a bunch of cars with winch traction in tilt shaft or tunnel of track.Because of the winch rope hook capacity,electric locomotive traction and other restrictions on the number of available traction of the mine car is limited,so the greater weight of the mine car,the fewer number of the mine car under available traction,the capacity of motorcycle or a string of car transport smaller,the transportation efficiency lower.It is clear that researching on lightweight of the mine car has great practical significance.In this thesis,one ton stationary coach-type mine cars were used as the research object,through of mine cars of their weight and their center gravity location of operating characteristics of the impact analyse,put forward the lightweight of the mine cars program.Use the lightweight of shaft as research contents and according to the typical running mine car conditions axis force characteristics,ANSYS software is used to establish the mine car axle three-dimensional finite element analysis model.Respectively it had a solid axle,hollow axle and local hollow axle stress and strain analysis.Fall in the premise of the strength and stiffness,it gives optimum diameter of hollow axle and put forward the lightweight practical design reference.Take the lightweight carriage into research contents,according to the typical running coach conditions of the force characteristics,respectively,by reducing the thickness of the original carriages and conduct local reinforcement and material substitution to achieve the light of coach.We use ANSYS software to establish a different thickness three-dimensional model with materials 16 Mn and Q235 and draw coach of the stress distribution and deformation,to determine the material 16 Mn carriages reasonable wall thickness,after thinning carriages Q235 material strength and stiffness of the strengthening of modalities,and the need to the site,strengthen and the enhanced strength and stiffness of carriages were checking for the coach of the lightweight practical design reference.
