Metal sulfide photocatalyst is a very promising visible light catalyst materials due to its suitable band gap and the strong light absorption in the visible area.At present, the study on the sulfur catalysts is also deepening. So we studied MIn2S4?M=Zn,Cd?ternary sulfide and its composite and analyze it,these catalytic materials are very good at to solve the above problems and reveal good photoelectrochemical stability. It is also have superior performance in term of photoelectrochemical properties, the main research content of this paper is as follows:1.The Cd In2S4/TiO2 heterojunction thin films were synthesized by two step hydrothermal method.First of all with hydrochloric acid, water, tetrabutyl titanate as the source material we achieve the TiO2 nanorods, and the following using cadmium chloride, indium chloride and thioaceta we get CdIn2S4/TiO2 composite structure by hydrothermal process. In our paper,we analysis the film formation mechanism by changing reaction time and concentration of precursor, and we also studied photoelectric properties of the samples.2.Cubic phase pyramid structure of ZnIn2S4 film are synthesized via a hydrothermal growth route. We use zinc nitrate as a source of zinc, indium chloride as a source of indium, thiourea as a source of sulfur and introduce tartaric acid to the hydrothermal synthesis system as auxiliary agent, obtained the cubic phase structure which general get under high pressure,We interpret the formation process of the pyramid shape through studying the different reaction time and tartaric acid dosage,It is found that the absorption range of the cubic phase sample is wider and have a good photoelectric response.
