Photocatalytic oxidation technology with clean,high efficiency and stability and other characteristics,in order to light energy into chemical energy,produce the hydroxyl free radical oxidation of refractory pollutants in water body,has received the widespread attentions,for advanced degradation of wastewater treatment provides a new method.Photocatalytic technology is the most important one in the preparation of photocatalytic materials,zinc oxide semiconductor material is the hottest photocatalytic materials,the present study would have a good application prospect.In this paper,we study the preparation methods of nanometer zinc oxide by rare earth element La doping and La-Cd,efficient and stable light catalyst is prepared.Investigation of composite catalyst preparation factors,and finally reactive black KNB dye solution to simulate wastewater,find out the best photocatalytic degradation conditions and test the stability of the composite catalyst.In this paper,the main research results are as follows:(1)As the best preparation technology of nanometer zinc oxide,microwave method and characterized by XRD and SEM method to analyze the microstructure and the crystal morphology and type are determined.Ultraviolet light conditions,using the pure zinc oxide on the activity of 0.04 g/L black KNB dye solution degradation experiment,the results showed that the optimum process conditions of zinc oxide materials for microwave,microwave reaction time is 30 min,microwave heating power is 640 w,calcination temperature is 500 ?,the initial pH solution is 9.(2)The addition of La doping elements and Cd did not change the main structure of nanometer zinc oxide,after doping of composite catalyst has higher catalytic activity,light La-Cd/the best preparation technology for ZnO composite photocatalyst:lanthanum doping cadmium ratio of 2:1,the microwave reaction time is 30 min,the heating power is 640 w,calcination temperature is 500 ?,reaction to the initial pH is 7,the best preparation conditions,the photocatalytic degradation of reactive black KNB dye degradation rate of 98.9.Conclusion through the analysis of the poor,theLa-Cd/ZnO composite zinc oxide photocatalyst activity influence factors of order:calcination temperature > lanthanum doping cadmium than > microwave power >reaction solution pH.(3)Through the photocatalytic experiment to investigate photocatalytic reaction conditions on the La-Cd/ZnO composite the degradation of zinc oxide catalysts,the experimental results show the optimum reaction conditions of photocatalytic: initial wastewater pH of 7,initial dye concentration is 0.08 g/L,dosing quantity is 0.1 g.2 h under uv irradiation of reactive black KNB removal rate of 92.2%,through repeated use for many times,La-Cd/ZnO composite catalyst still has higher photocatalytic activity.
