In recent years, environmental pollution is the primary problem to be solved.Semiconductor photocatalyst and its application in photocatalysis, is an effective way topurify environmental pollution and has achieved broad recognition, as well as extensiveresearch. As a new method for pollutants treating, photocatalytic degradation technology iswidely used, due to its virtues such as easy operation process, low energy consumption, mildreaction conditions, no secondary pollutants. In this paper, the nano-ZnO and nano-ZnOdoped with Ag samples were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis, of which character,photocatalytic performance was explored through characterisation and experimentsrespectively.The hydrothermal preparation of nano Zinc Oxide rod, the most suitable processconditions of ZnO catalyst were identified: n (zinc acetate hydrate n (six):=20:1citric acid),ethanol adding amount is20mL, pH11, temperature120C, reaction time is24h. LuoDanming B ultraviolet light degradation rate of about96.13%. SEM, XRD showed that theprepared ZnO nanoparticles were six wurtzite structure, morphology of multi rod, diameter ofabout a few tens of nanometers, good uniformity.Hydrothermal method was successfully prepared by zinc oxide materials doped with Ag,Ag doped ZnO can still keep the original structure of the rod. As a temporary storage ofphotogenerated electron positions, the addition of Ag can obviously change the photocatalyticproperties of zinc oxide, zinc acetate, silver nitrate,=1:5, in the visible showed the highestphotocatalytic performance, Luo Danming B degradation rate reached97.4%. TEM and XRDshowed that the doped zinc oxide zinc oxide on the surface of Ag exists in the form of simplesubstance, no destruction of zinc oxide nano rod structure, of which the average grain size ofZnO-Ag-3in ZnO is63nm, the average grain size ofAg element is53.3nm.Nano Zinc Oxide homemade Ag doped (ZnO-Ag-3) show that the experiment in visible light degradation of methyl orange solution: structure, organic matter degradation efficiencyof complex catalyst, methyl orange as diazo dyes, structure is more complex than rhodamineB structure, it is very difficult to degrade; optimal conditions for degradation of methyl orangesolution is: the initial concentration of methyl orange for10mg/L, the catalyst dosage of1g/L,initial ph=5, reaction temperature25C, the degradation rate was93.12%; the self catalyticperformance of catalyst ZnO-Ag-3, after repeated use can still maintain high catalyticperformance.Hydrothermal synthesis of the Ag doped Zinc Oxide with photocatalytic performanceunder visible light by this paper, studied under visible light has good degradation effect onmethyl orange, Rhodamine B, this kind of new material used in wastewater treatment, whichprovides a new way for the treatment of pollutants. |
