In order to solve the problem of the stability and safe operation of the flue gas desulfurization slurry in the coal-fired power plant,this paper systematically analyzes the hazards of the absorption tower slurry overflow,the principle of foaming.The results show that the physical and chemical properties of the desulfurization absorber slurry are selected as the research object,and the surface tension,sulfate ion,and the metal ion arsenic,cadmium and chromium in the absorption tower are selected as the research object.Iron,lead,nickel,the total amount of metal ions as the typical physical and chemical properties of the slurry,the more representative of the slurry on behalf of the physical and chemical indicators of the desulfurization absorption tower slurry bubble effect.The relationship between the surface tension of the absorption tower slurry,the concentration of cadmium,chromium,iron,lead,nickel and the metal ions in the absorption tower slurry and the bubbling of the slurry were analyzed and discussed.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The degree of bubbling of the slurry in the No.1 and ? absorbers increased with the decrease of the surface tension,but the No.1 column showed some fluctuation,and the change of the surface tension of the slurry was relative to the increase of the antifoam addition And the degree of bubbling in the No.2 absorption tower increased with the decrease of the surface tension,and the change of the surface tension of the slurry showed a more obvious consistency with respect to the addition amount of the defoamer.(2)The degree of bubbling of the slurry in the absorption tower increases with increasing SO42-concentration in the slurry.(3)The change trend of arsenic content after adding defoamer and the amount of antifoam addition in the No.2 and No.2 slurry were consistent,and the arsenic content in the slurry had the effect on the foaming.Tower consistency is more obvious,the second tower showed a certain lag.(4)There was no significant correlation between the cadmium content of the absorption tower slurry and the addition of defoamer.(5)The tendency of the change of the content of chromium after adding the defoamer was opposite to that of the defoamer,and the negative correlation was found.The content of chromium in the slurry was maintained within a certain range after adding defoamer,The Cr content in the No.1 column fluctuates between 2-9 mg/L and the Cr content of the No.2 tower fluctuates between 2-7 mg/L.(6)The degree of bubbling of the slurry in the absorption tower decreases as the iron content increases.(7)The severity of the degree of slurry foaming in the absorption tower is exacerbated as the nickel content increases.(8)The degree of bubbling of the slurry in the absorption tower increases as the lead content increases.(9)The degree of bubbling in the absorption tower increases with the increase in the total amount of metal.
