With the rapid development of science and technology,the feature of composite materials with excellent properties of a variety of materials is widely developed in the world.It is gradually used in aerospace,military and other fields.Manufacturing process in quality and material properties of the composite material products are equally important.Different from the traditional methods,core winding process by heating tube inside the mandrel with high temperature steam winding combine winding with curing.It can effectively reduce equipments and area,reduce the workers complexity of operation,improve the efficiency of the molding.epoxy resin is frequently used in composite material winding.Epoxy resin is a thermoplastic material and many temperature parameters need to be controled in curing.The the precision of temperature control is the key factor.The most prominent problem in the axial temperature distribution is not balance and the heating pipe structure is the most direct reason: when high temperature steam in circulation within the core mold,because the convection effect is not ideal and at the end of the closed-end exists energy loss,makes the composite materials in the process of forming fore and aft heat unevenly,the deformation and stress of the possible,layering,wait for a phenomenon.And the internal and external temperature difference near the hole is much bigger,resulting in the shell here more layered.To solve above problems,this paper introduces the commonly used winding equipments and the factors influencing the composite shell molding quality and core module and internal heat pipe steam physical model is established.Based on the fluid analysis software FLUENT with two-dimensional model simulates steam flow field distribution in the heating pipe.According to the results of the simulation,the relationship between the steam velocity of guide hole with heating pipe structure and speed of inlet flow is studied.According to the analysis results,heating tube is improved and the mandrel pipe three-dimensional thermal is made to show that the optimized core mould temperature distribution on the surface can meetthe expected requirement.Found that the factor of temperature uneven distribution in the axial is flux.Finally,in view of the guide hole core mold temperature concentric distribution temperature difference is much bigger,using the jet theory analyzes the circular orifice is bad for the cause of the steam jet diffusion,rectangular shape is a kind of ideal orifice.
