Research On Urban Ecological Security Evaluation Based On Industrial Structure

Much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning reiterated the importance of the resource conservation and environmental protection.The two type society also required the balanced development of the economic and ecological environment.Industry is the foundation of economic development,the transformation of industrial structure development has greatly promoted the improvement of the economic development in our country.But in the 21 st century,the quality problem of development speed is obvious.The industrial pollution in the second industry,drought and flood disasters,pesticide and chemical fertilizer usage in the first industry are affect the stability of the ecological security.Environmental destruction of the tertiary industry is relatively small,but the threat for the ecological security of the transport industry is becoming bigger,it has become the leading cause of severe haze weather.There is a close correlation between the industrial structure and ecological security,the optimization of industrial structure is of great significance to the sustainable development of economic and ecological safety.This thesis regard the worsening ecological environment,the development request of the environmental and economic benefit increasingly together as the research background,putting forward the reasonable city ecological security strategy as the research target.Firstly,introducing the concept and theory of the industrial structure,the ecological safety and the relationship of them,analysis the illuminating of the EKC(environmental kuznets curves)model and the applicability of the PSR(Pressure-States-Response)model,and constructed the ecological security PSR model under the perspective of industrial structure.Secondly,based on the built PSR model,using the unascertained clustering classification method research the ecological security status of the city whose GDP was ranked no.2,4 in24 provinces of our country,get the membership degree of each sample for all kinds of class and analysis the reason of the clustering results.Finally,through the analysis of clustering results,put forward the countermeasures of optimize industrial structure and improve urban ecological security,in order to promote the continuous improvement of urban economic level and stable ecological security.
