In this study,the mine is located in the Handan Mining Group,in the skip to install the wire rope monitoring system,the installed tension sensor and data acquisition launcher are powered by the battery.Battery life is only 48 hours,replace the battery every two days.In a conversation with the miners found,because of widespread defects battery-powered rope monitoring system had doubts.Therefore,there is an urgent need for an on-line charging device,to meet the needs of the monitoring device on the mine lift vessel.Through research in other mines installed in the power generation device,combined with the mine to enhance the operation of the skip,for the current hoist charging device friction wheel wear,rotating kinetic energy is difficult to extract,battery explosion long charging time,etc.study,proposed two sets of different principles of charging device design.Taking into account the operation of the container to enhance the law,tank with the actual conditions such as working conditions,the final to determine the spring preload motor with the basic principle,design a rigid tank charge generator for the main shaft skip.Hoisting machine rigid tank charge generator,by the friction wheel and explosion-proof generator with a V-shaped bracket and compression spring preload mechanism of two parts,the use of friction wheel and rigid tank rolling friction to get the kinetic energy,via a belt drive the explosion-proof generators.To improve the reliability of the charge generator,developed for the harsh conditions of mine friction wheel,it analyzes the causes of the friction wheel slip failure;and proposed to use a compression spring biasing means increases a positive pressure,a polyurethane inner layer of a metal material resistant materials improved method of friction coefficient;in order to reduce the impact of the power plant on the main hoop operation,proposed bilateral unilateral installed power generation installation.The final combination of three-dimensional modeling Pro/E,the various components of the two-dimensional drawing and assembly drawing processing,to give a hoist steelwork charge generation prototype apparatus,and the prototype mounted on the main shaft skip verification.
