Spiral bevel gears have good mechanical properties and are widely used in industrial manufacturing.As the spiral bevel gear structure is very special,the tooth shape to ensure high accuracy,so the spiral bevel gear machine tool precision also has a higher demand.In this paper,the spiral bevel gear special milling machine is based on the new method of forming the thread cutting method,which can process the spherical involute tooth bevel gear with high precision.The machine structure is different from the ordinary milling machine,adding a CNC rotary table and spindle adjustment rotary mechanism,so the machine structure is more complex,heavy weight.Due to the long-term use,noise and vibration of the current machine tool will affect the accuracy of the gears,so this paper based on ANSYS Workbench software for the finite element dynamic and static analysis of the machine,and multi-objective optimization design,to improve the overall static stiffness and dynamic performance of the machine.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the development history of spiral bevel gear machine and the present situation of development at home and abroad.It introduces the meaning and development course of structural optimization design.According to the structural characteristics of spiral bevel gears,it is clear that structural optimization design part.(2)According to the actual size and structural characteristics of the spiral bevel gear milling machine,3D parametric modeling is carried out in CATIA software.This paper studies the finite element dynamic and static analysis method of machine tool and the multi-objective optimization design method.According to the structural characteristics of the spiral bevel gear milling machine,the specific method of experiment design and multi-objective optimization design isdetermined,and laid the theoretical foundation.(3)The finite element model of the spiral bevel gear milling machine is established,the load condition of the finite element analysis is calculated,the appropriate constraint condition is applied,and the model screw and bolt are subjected to finite element analysis.(4)Through the static analysis and modal analysis of the bed and column part of the spiral bevel gear machine,the weak part of the machine structure under the normal working condition is obtained,which provides evidence for the multi-objective optimization design.(5)Based on Isight software,the experimental design and multi-objective optimization design of spiral bevel gear milling machine are used to optimize the design variables,under the premise of ensuring the quality is not increased,so as to reduce the maximum deformation and improve the optimization of the first natural frequency aims.Finally,the dynamic and static analysis of the finite element model before and after optimization is carried out.The feasibility of the optimization design is verified by comparing the performance index.
