| Nowadays,the international economic environment is in the process of reform and adjustment,More and more people pay attention to the problems of climate change and energy resource security,environmental protection has become a hot issue in the world.After years of rapid economic growth in China,In the unprecedented prosperity,but also inevitably accumulated some environmental problems,It is an important task for us to control the pollution and achieve the discharge standard.For the moment,most domestic enterprises use direct combustion method to deal with waste.This paper takes the waste incinerator of a Petrochemical Industries Co as the prototype,based on reducing the cost of combustion,research on the key technologies of incinerator power fuel.In this paper,a large number of domestic and international research on the status and development trend of incinerator related problem,the development trend of future incineration technology is put forward.Combined with various fuel characteristics,the feasibility of using.natural gas to replace the original fuel residue was studied,the natural gas pressure regulating device is analyzed and studied,the composition of the pressure adjusting device is put forward,in order to ensure the stability of natural gas pressure and meet the needs of the incinerator,the theoretical basis is provided.Meanwhile,this paper analyzes and studies the key equipment burner of incinerator,cold experiments were carried out under different natural gas loads,it provides more reference information for further research and development.In addition,a new combustion medium and reformed combustion equipment,Study on the new process,a series of new operation requirements are put forward,the device has been successfully driven once,to meet the needs of the production,also for the similar plants burning furnace transformation provides a reference,in domestic gas incinerator equipment improved mask has certain directive significance. |
