Chemical project is usually a large investment,the process is complex and other characteristics,during the period of operating,the processes media and the corresponding pressure vessels,pipelines,are high-temperature and high-pressure,flammable and explosive,toxic and harmful,risk is everywhere.Our country is short of oil while coal is abundant,through the coal chemical project to make methanol,promoting the methanol gasoline industry and the downstream products development,is very essential to our country’s economic development.This paper takes risk management as the research direction,and studies the risk management of methanol project in A enterprise,mainly from the theory of risk management,taking the risk management of methanol project in A enterprise as an entity,through the analysis of the status quo of risk management,find out the existing problems,and cause analysis of the problem,and then put forward improvement measures,and can apply measures to the actual production of the project,in order to verify the feasibility of the theory.In the analysis of risk sources,the safety check list method is used to identify the hazard,and the risk degree of the identified risk source is calculated by the LSR method,then we can find out the four primary and secondary factors of risk management;In view of the four factors that affect risk management,the problems existing in the risk management of methanol project operation are found out;In the analysis of the problem,the questionnaire method is used to find out the four risk factors,the key issues and the secondary problems,and the reasons for the risk management are analyzed;In view of the cause of the problem,combined with the actual situation,put forward improvement measuresIn the aspect of risk management and monitoring,the PDCA management system is adopted to carry out closed-loop management of risk management,so as to ensure that the risk management cycle is continued and constantly improved.On this basis,summarize the risk response measures for the enterprise risk management to provide a theoretical basis.
