In our country,there is still a big gap in the technology of tube groove processing compared to foreign advanced technology.And the key technology,which is applied for tube groove machining of special CNC machine tool,still dependends on foreigners.It is the reason that costs much money in processing and limits the development of Chinese manufacturing industry.With the development of Chinese equipment manufacturing and high-tech industry,the more requirements for the technology of tube groove processing,the more stability requirements of tube groove processing machine tool.The maximum deformation area,the natural frequencies,natural mode and deformation tendency can be determined by researching the dynamic characteristics of key parts on the machine tool,so that the machine tool can be optimized and reproduced.Firstly,based on studying the characteristics of tube groove,the machining scheme of tube groove special processing machine is determined.According to the machining scheme and design requirements of machine tool,the overall layout is determined.The kinematic relations and structural dimensions of key parts on machine tool are defined.And the error of milling tool swing angle is analyzed.Secondly,3D models of parts on the machine tool are established with 3D design software.The 3D solid models are leaded into finite element analysis software.The finite element models of key parts are established,and the convergence of the models is verified.After deeply studying the theory of dynamics,the first-five-class natural frequencies and vibration modes,the maximum deformation area and deformation tendency are determined by doing modal analysis on key parts on the machine tool with finite element analysis software.Next,harmonic response analysis is done on one point of the maximum deformation area based on modal analysis with finite element analysis software.The relationship curves of displacement and vibration frequency are obtained.The maximum deformation displacement of each key part is predicted while the machine tool is working in normal condition,so that the machine can be further optimized and reproduced.Finally,on the premise of not changing the size of column,the structural dimensions of inner ribs in column is optimized by finite element analysis software.The aim is to lower the mass of column while dynamic characteristics are remained unchanged after optimization.The goals of this paper are to predict dynamic performance of the key parts on the machine tool,provide the basis for the optimization design,improve the machining quality and efficiency and reduce the cost of production by analyzing the dynamic characteristics of key parts on tube groove special processing machine tool.
