Air pollution is serious,and its main characteristics of dust.The domestic production technology of fused magnesia is backward,and the dust is discharged in large quantity.Therefore,the bag type dust collector is used to collect the fused magnesium dust.Based on the analysis of the new production process of fused magnesia,the influence of the high temperature of dust on the bag filter is the biggest for bag service life.So the problem of temperature control is proposed about dust.In this paper,the cooling fan is used to strengthen the heat dissipation and the mixed air valve is mixed with the cold air to control the temperature of the fused magnesia dust.Using fluid mechanics to determine the flow pattern of the dust,the main form of heat transfer between the wall and the dust is convective heat transfer.Based on thermodynamic basic theorem.the main factors that influence fused magnesium dust heat transfer is be identified by using the rule of Renault,graff xiao norms,the rule of prandtl and nusselt criterion.And it is quantified by using empirical formula.This main factor about dust heat transfer is affected by fan disturbance that made heat dissipation strengthened.And fan geometrical and physical parameters are designed according to the actual situation of dust.The way that mixed air valve control dust temperature is different opening extent corresponding to accessing different volume of cooling air.Parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID controller control mixed air valve opening range.Parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control strategy which combine with the advantages of fuzzy control and PID control can realize accurate control about dust system that is difficult to modeling,time-varying and nonlinear complex system.Smith control algorithm is used to optimize the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control process and weaken the negative influence of lag,Finally.using Matlab software and Fluent software to simulate and analyze the temperature of the mixed fluid in the pipeline.The results show that the Reynolds number has the greatest influence on the convective heat transfer.The Reynolds number is almost proportional to the convective heat transfer coefficient of the dust,and the convection heat transfer increases with the increase of the Reynolds number.Matlab simulation results show the membership function of the triangular distribution is most suitable for dust temperature control.Parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID temperature control is shorter than the simple PID temperature control,less volatile.The Smith control algorithm is used to optimize the control system to make the temperature system reach the set value of the time shorter,and there is no fluctuation in the adjustment process.Using Fluent software simulation to achieve the corresponding 7 kinds of temperature mixed air flow,The conclusion is that the flow rate of mixed air valve increases exponentially with the air temperature increasing.
