International technology spillover is the main way to narrow the gap between countries,the technological progress of a country depends not only on domestic R&D investment,but also on the spillover of foreign R&D activities.A country can obtain high quality products in advanced countries through import trade,and the absorption of physicochemical study,the technology of the digestion and promote technological progress,and the effect of technical progress on carbon emission reduction is becoming the focus of attention of the parties.China is the largest country of carbon dioxide emissions,carbon emission reduction has become one of the urgent problems to be solved.Although our country paid more attention to low carbon emission reduction technology is getting more and more,but because China started late,the level of technology and equipment is relatively backward,play a technical effect on carbon emission reduction,so the introduction of technical experience of developed countries is an important way to low-carbon technology development in China at present.At present,in the research of carbon emission reduction,the physical and chemical technology in the import trade has been ignored,and the influence on the carbon emission intensity of the importing countries has been neglected.Based on this,it is of great significance to study the effect of import trade technology spillover on China’s carbon emissions.Based on the above background,the technology spillover effect obtained using LP method to calculate the 30 provinces and autonomous regions during 2000-2014 imports from G7 countries in trade,technology spillover effect analysis of different regions at the same time,based on inter provincial panel data from the introduction and absorption of two aspects of analysis of influence factors of Technology spillover effect.Then,considering the spatial correlation,from the perspective of technology spillovers,absorptive capacity of technology spillovers,construct spatial panel analysis model of influencing factors of carbon emission intensity,and the import trade technology spillovers on carbon emission intensity of the spatial effects of decomposition into direct effect and indirect effect.Research results show:(1)The technology spillover effects of import trade in China from the G7 countries in the 30 provinces and cities are increasing,and the trend is decreasing from east to west;R&D intensity,human capital and trade structure promoted technology spillover,and the technology gap was negative effects.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the inter provincial carbon emission intensity and inter provincial carbon emission intensity;(4)Import technology spillover has inhibitory effect on the strength of China’s carbon emissions,the indirect effect of spatial correlation makes the technology spillovers to the neighboring provinces of carbon emission intensity was significantly greater than the direct effect of the carbon emission intensity;(5)The intensity of R&D and human capital do not have a good effect on the intensity of carbon emissions by the technology spillover of import trade.
