Research On The Project Management Of Glass Fiber Production In BFG Company

In a short period of more than ten years,China's motor vehicle manufacturing has undergone a process from nothing to nothing,from cooperation to autonomy,from self-sufficiency to being sold all over the world.To achieve such a brilliant achievement,we can not do without the full support of the government,the conscientious work of R & D departments,and the deep cooperation of related industries.Glass steel products as one of the EMU manufacturing sectors,although is the foundation,but also is the key of the Department,with the rapid development of high-speed rail manufacturing,the company's products are increasingly high requirements,CSR CNR gets more intense,the company only to improve production efficiency,improve product quality,and strictly control the production cost,in order to in the fierce competition unbeaten.Project management as the main branch of modern management,it can effectively reduce the project cost,reduce the contradiction of each department in producing cooperation,strengthen communication between members of various departments,is a scientific method of project management,after half a century of development is more professional and practical.In this paper,the joint venture manufacturing Changchun Jialin glass fiber reinforced materials Co.Ltd as an example,theory and practice,analysis of the current situation of glass steel products production,pointed out that the application of project management,drawbacks exist between all aspects of production problems and various departments have relatively independent.After the introduction of project management of glass steel products production,coordination between the project management of product quality and production efficiency,and the various departments of the changes brought about by that project management has a huge role in promoting the production of manufacturing company.This paper has reference significance to the production management of manufacturing enterprises.
