Reaearch On Safety Management Of Songjiang River Gold Mine Construction Project In Guangshun Jilin

Modern enterprise management requires people should use modern management technology,integrating and maximizing the internal and external resources to realize the management goal of enterprise.In the process,China's industrial and mining enterprises study and learn many advanced management concepts from the developed countries.Guangshun gold mine construction project,on the basis of the management of construction quality control and other important goal,pay more attention to the control of safety management objectives.Safety management is to use modern safety management principle and method of safety factor analysis and research,from the technical,economic,organizational and legal quality aspects to take effective measures to solve and eliminate the unsafe factors,by identifying the risk and harmful factors and determine its harm degree,a comprehensive,whole process control and prevention,accident prevention.As we all know,any construction project has risk problems,then how to effectively control risk to achieve safety management goal and to realize construction aim,is the contents of this paper in which want to explore.Against management problems of gold mine construction in the past with experience of extensive,the author collects and analyses the risk problems of the phenomenon and the unsafe factors,analyzes the causes of risk issues through representation.The cost of construction project in the past is high,accident to happen from time to time,the environmental pollution is serious,the devil.We are eager to change the situation,try to solve problems in practice,in order to explore some useful safety management modes and the effective risk control measures.In the gold mine construction and production process,there are many uncertainties.If these uncertainties can not be effectively controlled,it will causevarious degrees of economic losses and even casualties.Based on the background of the rock and gold mine-Songjiang River gold mine construction,the author focuses on identifying,evaluating,controlling and managing the potential hazard sources of rock and gold mine during the construction process.There are explosives,detonators(detonators)and cyanide and other dangerous materials,such as explosions,falling objects,and personnel falling at high altitudes.The excavation,Mechanical and vehicle accidents,power systems,ventilation systems,fire protection systems,drainage systems and pressure vessels,etc.,there are factors that affect safety.Incidents will have a substantial impact for the stability and development of mining enterprises.Whether it is pre-construction or post-production management,as the mining enterprises,how to control the safety of mine construction projects is the most important.The author proposes: Firstly,the risk source should be identified and then the risk level of the hazard and the probability of occurrence should be evaluated.Secondly,the management plan should be formulated for the major hazard sources.Thirdly,the most important is the safety education improved.The thesis is written by firstly introducing the background and significance of the topic,the methods and ideas of the study.The status of the gold industry,the characteristics of gold enterprises,the risk of the project links made a brief,with a view to the reader a summary of the impression,the introduction of the topic.Secondly,the basic situation of the construction project is introduced,the relevant factors affecting the safety of the construction project are analyzed,the identification of the hazard source is carried out,the present situation and the existing problems of the construction project safety management are expounded.These are thirdly discussed for the main construction plan of the construction project and its influencing factors on the project safety management and the influence degree of the danger source of the project is evaluated,and the important hazard source is given.Finally,the project safety management measures are demonstrated from the establishment and improvement the structure of construction project safety management system,the construction project safety production configuration and itssafety and reliability,safety management awareness,etc.
