Research On The Quality Management Of BJ Oil Depot Construction Project

With the rapid development of China's economy and the accelerated process of industrialization,the domestic economy depends very closely on the petrochemical industry.Operational environment and functional requirements of new projects of the petrochemical industry under the new technological changes are more complex.Compared with other industrial projects,petrochemical industry projects are more unique,for their production,processing,storage and usage all include relative risks which require extremely strict quality assurance requirements in the construction projects.In recent years,the accidents broken out in construction projects of the petrochemical industry have attracted more and more attention,therefore to explore the quality management strategy of oil depot construction project has great significance on the stability of operation of the project and regional development.In this thesis,it firstly introduces the current situation of research on the project quality management and the significance of BJ depot project quality management,taking BJ oil depot construction project quality management as the object of study.Secondly,it describes the general situation about BJ depot projects and project quality management plans.There are some existing problems including project bidding irregularities,imperfect materials and equipment quality management and construction technology management etc.,appeared on project prospective design phase and construction phase based on the establishment of quality management plans.According to the actual situation of the industry BJ depot,the author proposes to strengthen the legal compliance inspection to survey and design units,reinforce contracting and subcontracting management,enhance supervision and management at the initial stage of project as well as management measures on material and equipment;Thirdly,it also puts forward some control measures on promoting relevant engineering construction quality in accordance with civil construction engineering,steel structure fabrication,concrete works and other industrial piping and equipment installation.In addition,this paper also briefly analyzes common quality problems on the oil depot construction project and its prevention measures as well as the matters needing attention on construction in non-normal period;Finally,the author gives some suggestions on hiring a professional agency for project quality control as well as importing computer-aided management tools to help improve the quality of projects management and provide some useful reference for project management stakeholders.
