With the advent of the post-industrial era wave,the objective of the further development of productive forces put forward an urgent need.As a representative of the traditional industry,machinery manufacturing industry will face a enormous change in the industrial 2.0 revolution,these changes will bring a complete transformation to the existing industrial layout.And as the core of mechanical manufacturing-CNC machine technology will play an important role undoubtedly.This paper starts from the KVC600 vertical machining center,as a representative model of the integrated machining center,studies the accuracy and operation reliability of the machining center,and puts forward some suggestions to improvement and the future development trend of the machine tools.The main work of this paper is:1.This passage focuses on the general structure of KVC600 vertical machining center,and discusses the detection and analysis methods of CNC machining error.Combining domestic and foreign literatures,this paper draws a way to measure machine tool by means of double frequency laser interference.The machining error is a more advanced,effective and cost-effective method,and then putting forward the analysis of the processing error methods and the error compensation n · thods.2.Through the dual-frequency laser interferometer on the KVC600 vertical machining center error of the shaft loading test and work piece processing experiments,and analysis of compensation.3.The KVC600 vertical machining center in different use of the actual situation in the scene of the long-term fault tracking,and the use of software to summarize the feedback data processing,according to the reliability of the formula to calculate the average working time MTBF reliability and other reliable And the reliability of the machining center.At the same time,this paper also discusses the improvement method of the machining center and puts forward the future development trend according to the conclusion of the experimental data analysis.
