Abstract/Summary:
In the production process of polyurethane,automatic batching is a very important process,the degree of automation represents the level of development of the enterprise,the process of ingredients has a significant impact on the quality of the entire product.Therefore,in the rapid development of technology today,how to maximize the use of existing resources to upgrade the old production line,is a very worthy of further study.Considering the Amway synthetic leather co.,LTD.,has expanded production line,strengthen the quality control requirements.In this paper,the three phase monitoring system project of polyurethane reactor commissioned by the company is taken as the research object.After full investigation of the production process and the situation of the field equipment,the transformation of the old batching system was completed,and a new SCADA system for the production of polyurethane was designed,which realizes the integration of management and control.The new SCADA system of Polyurethane batching is designed with PLC and Kingview,it has completed a series of work from the data collection,the process control to the production scheduling.And the solution of cross terminal monitoring based on Modbus TCP protocol is put forward for the first time.The system design is divided into four parts: the design of the electrical control system,the design and development of the host computer,the design of the production scheduling system,and the design of the mobile terminal monitoring system,and describes in detail the design idea and method.The SCADA system of Polyurethane batching can help enterprises build a platform based on integration of production control and management data,realize the sharing of supervisory data on real significance,to maximize the production process transparency and enterprise production operation efficiency.
