Brocade as the world's intangible cultural heritage,is well-known with its craftsmanship and design.Brocade is complex and extensive use of gold and peacock feathers and other expensive materials,the time of traditional design is long and costly.Digital display technology can solve this problem.Current textile display technology,an additional function of some textile CAD,cannot improve the efficiency of fabric design.This paper mainly studies the digital display technology of brocade based on web platform,and provides users with more convenient and improve the authenticity of digital samples,reduce the number of samples and improve the efficiency.This paper achieve brocade fabric digital display with three parts:1)With image acquisition,organization area self-localization,image pre-processing,improved k-means algorithm to extract the organization,get weave structure;2)The new idea is about that used the brocade fabric structure and color index model design pattern to simulate brocade,and abandon the traditional yarn modeling of fabric simulation,adding light model,using image interpolation texture mapping technology and fusion algorithm,make the fabric two-dimensional simulation effect more realistic;3)Three-dimensional scene simulation based on WebGL and Three.js to load external model,control camera,texture mapping,add lighting model,with the rendering of the browser to achieve brocade three-dimensional simulation.The display system uses HTML5 as interaction,provide users with excellent interaction and visual sense,and facilitate the engineer with the maintenance and improvement.The system has been put into operation,effectively reducing product promotion and sales cost.It is conducive to the promotion and use of Brocade,and bring considerable economic benefits to enterprises while improving the brocade visibility,have a good social and economic benefits.
