Research On Technological Upgrading Project Risk Management For Hot Rolling Heating Furnace At Baosteel

This project is based on a reconstruction project of Baosteel hot heating rate.In recent years With the continuous advancement of technology,and the unique environmental and energy-saving advantages of energy-saving combustion.Baosteel decided to implement combustion the overhaul of 3#2050 hot furnace in order to achieve energy saving and flexible operation in clean production,at the same time,improving the operating environment,and to ease the energy shortage situation.It has the difficulty to carry out the project in useing the mode of the EPC General Contracting.This dissertation the main contents of this dissertation,the structure and the main research methods;Second it expound the literature review in the project risk management research and theoretical foundation and so on.It systematically introduces the heating furnace of project risk management in Baosteel including the identification,estimation,evaluation and measures of the theory,method,and then analyzed and explained hot rolling heating furnace technical project,by using the analytic hierarchy process to the project risk management of identification,estimation and evaluation,and selecting proper methods and strategies to deal with project risks.According to the actual situation,EPC risk management method,the heating furnace project risk characteristic,used Risk management to approach furnace technical transformation project to conducted a scientific and effective management,to overcome the tight time schedule,high quality requirements,uncertainties and other factors contribute to the risk of multiple,and more complex problems.This research of the dissertation has a certain value and significance to the content of related research work.The dissertation presents the security risk,the risk of construction schedule,commissioning schedule risk,physical risk,technology risk,consistent implementation of collaborative management risk etc,it also has a certain reference and value in similar project or similar demand content or in a solution of the suggested.
