With the rapid increase of national economy,the social demand for hot rolling strip is also increasing.Along with the demand for different specification hot rolling in automobile industry,shipbuilding,goods manufacturing,chemical construction and other industries,the manufacturers of the strip product quality requirements also gradually improve.The control process of strip quality depends on the rolling production line,the flying shear control for strip steel product quality plays an important role,flying shear is often used for transverse shear motion to the workpiece in irregular head,tail,accident broken or cut to length,in order to facilitate the subsequent mill bite,reduce the impact the workpiece roll and rapid processing accident,its performance will have a direct impact on the rolling production efficiency and economic benefit,so hot rolling strip flying shear control research is very important.In this thesis,base on the 2250mm hot rolling production line of Shougangjingtang,combined with the production process and the flying shear structure,analyze the important role of flying shear control in the modern strip production line in hot rolling strip and the current research situation of the flying shear control,design the flying shear control system,and analyze on the study and improve the existing problems in the production process,the main work is as follows:Introduce the production process of Shougangjingtang 2250mm Hot rolling,in-depth analyze the structure of the flying shear control system and the working principle,according to the production process and control requirements of the flying shear,the control scheme is given;Combined with the actual characteristics of the flying shear machine drive,taking into account the field maintenance and other factors,determine the transmission mode of the flying shear electric drive system,design the transmission system,the rectifier and inverter and the variable frequency speed regulation system.Given the flying shear control system scheme,design the three layer network architecture system,select TMEIC V3000 series PLC control system,configure PLC interface,design the software function,given the flying shear control strategy,implementation of flying shear velocity,shear angle,shear start time control,in order to solve the problem of the dynamic compensation control scheme of flying shear point drift,complete the flying shear control system design of HMI function.In view of the operation debugging process of flying shear loss rate is large,the shearing precision is not high,analyze and put forward the four factor affect the accuracy of the flying shear,shearing optimization scheme of the corresponding.The actual operation of the system shows that,shearing blade of the fast flying Jingtang 2250mm hot flying shear control system can cut strip accurately and fast,monitoring menu parameters show stable,good control effect,produced tremendous economic benefits.
