Abstract/Summary:
With the common development of human society and the scientific research, people come to gradually realize that the tight connections between ecological environment and Social progress. The relationships among balance economic development, environment protection and human progress are the direction of future research, because they will guarantee the sustainable development of China. Whether the land utilization success or not directly affects the conditions of ecological environment.This report studied Lianhua town, Yuelu district, Changsha city. This paper calculates and analyze the research region’s the changes of land use and total value of ecosystem services in 2003-2013. The relationships of them are detailed analysis. Finally, based on discussed the difference of good and bad degree about the quality of land in an ecological sense in each administrative village, then puts forward some rational advice on adjusting land-use structure, offers theory for the research region’s sustainable development of land resources use.The research result shows that:(1) The research region’s holt, water area, grassplot and unused land are belong to the original ecological land; cultivated land and garden plot are belong to the half artificial ecological land; water conservancy facilities land and green space are belong to artificial ecological land; construction land is belong to non-ecological land.(2) In the study period, the areas of cropland, garden plot and unused land have decreased; unused land is the fastest dropping. Forest land, water area, water conservancy facilities and construction land have increased; construction land is the fastest growing.(3) In 2003-2013, the total value of ecosystem service of the Lianhua town presents the declining trend, declined by 1363.9 million Yuan, it is noted that the value of service function of water conservation is the quickest decrease one; after the five villages’project of comprehensive management of land, the total ESV of research region has decrease, Tongmu village is the most important determine factor for the changes.(4)Through the contribution of variation analysis, the result shows that the ESV variation trends of forest, water area and water conservancy facility land are the reverse change toward research region. Besides, they produce the positive effect on maintain the health of ecosystem. Similarly, the cultivated, garden, construction and unused land produce the negative effect. According to the grey correlation degree analysis, it presents that the changes of construction and forest land exert strong influence on the variation of ESV in research region.(5)Using the SPSS software to transfer the area of different land type and make correlation analysis indicates that the land use pattern has gradually become economic.13 social economic indicators are divided into three categories, named economic factor, population factor and urbanization. The value of ecosystem services is lower when the value of social economic factors is higher. That proves the rapid development of social economy at the expense of ecological environment.(6) By using the method of comprehensive evaluation, the quality of the land in an ecological sense in research region are divided in four degrees, called excellent, better, general and poor.
