Since the management method for commonly used pesticides, additives, and other agricultural chemicals in professional agricultural related laboratory of colleges in our country has relatively fallen behind, this paper focuses on information management of agricultural chemical research by use of wireless network technology, radio frequency identification technology, knowledge processing technology,and database technology etc, trying to solve the lab pharmacy information management problems.This research mainly consists of the following four items.(1) Based on a comprehensive analysis on risks coming from agricultural chemicals management of laboratories in Colleges and universities, function structure, risk management strategies and methods for University Laboratory of agricultural pharmacy management system is proposed. (2)Under this functional architecture, the system of storage facilities and the layout of the sensors for and the storage facilities in need are Planned. The realization of the recognition function of agricultural chemicals storage location based on radio frequency identification technology and IC card technology is mainly studied, which provides a technical basis for solving the problem of using wrong medicine by wrong storage place or leaving the drug in the public place after using which can lead to public events. (3)It studies and proposed a suitable knowledge representation method for agricultural chemical storage management. Under the framework of the current mainstream knowledge based on ontology representation method and combined with the characteristics of agricultural chemical knowledge, a new knowledge system of agricultural chemical management constituted by the five kernel categories, such as agent, plant, insect damage, containers, application environment, has been proposed. (4) According to the representation and application of knowledge, it puts forward the corresponding form of attribute setting, relation setting and constraint. The whole knowledge system can efficiently express the agricultural chemicals in storage, cast methods, application object selection, assessment of efficacy and phytotoxicity assessment of knowledge and experience. Based on the risk coming from in all aspects of cycle of agricultural chemical storage management, storage risk management mechanism and based on task driven knowledge reasoning (including medicament storage planning, alarm mechanism, chemical qualitative warning, application scheme selection) is studied.Innovation of this study is mainly reflected in the two aspects:(1)it proposes agricultural chemical storage tank and storage location monitoring solution for agricultural college lab. based on weight and radio frequency identification technology and the capacitive card. Because at present agricultural chemical storage for agricultural laboratories in Colleges and universities have no solution with special security system. The proposed scheme uses advanced information technology to appear in recent years and can effectively identify and track the amount of agricultural chemical storage location. (2) it proposes and studies suitable knowledge representation mechanism for agricultural chemical storage management. Taking close tie with common sense knowledge expression features on links of chemical storage, using and effect detection, this knowledge representation mechanism sets the corresponding attribute classification and taxonomic relationships and for special applications of constraint rules representation. Combined the experience formation of pesticide with the picture information (such as the assessment of the injury by pesticide) has obvious effect on pesticide guiding. Such agricultural chemical knowledge representation form has not done, such knowledge representation system is of unique value to strengthen the laboratory teaching function.Standing in the point of view of the management, it systematically analyzes chemical management risk for the agricultural universities laboratory especially plant protection laboratory. At the same time, standing on the platform of information technology it is proposed a systematical solution and related research to improve the management. To improve the laboratory management and strengthen information assisted teaching, it is an in-depth exploration and attempt.
