It has been a long time that people think the equipments are more important than the pipes in chemical enterprises, and much relevant research of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis have been done on the compressor unit as the core equipment of chemical plants.However, pipeline vibration is one of the security hidden danger for petrochemical enterprises.Since there is little research on the vibration condition monitoring for compressor associated pipelines, the assessment of pipeline vibration state still stay on the sensory judgment in the enterprise. In summary, this paper deep focused on the compressor subsidiary pipeline vibration.Firstly, basic vibration theory of the compressor and its associated pipelines was introduced, including compressor classification and working principle of three types of compressors, and vibration mechanism of the reciprocating compressor and screw compressor associated pipelines.Secondly, compared with API, ASME, and ISO standard, three kinds of vibration condition assessment methods for compressor associated pipelines, the API standard was chosed as the evaluation standard of vibration condition. Combined with the project of petrochemical company, the pipelines needing to be monitored and rectification were obtained.For that the gray-markov chain model is suitable for the short-term forecasting of small sample data, and the research needs to predict pipeline vibration condition with a small amount of data, so the gray-markov chain model was applied to the project. The gray-markov chain model applied GM(1,1) model to predict short-term pipeline vibration data, and forcasted the maximum probability of pipeline vibration condition with markov chain model.Finally, the time domain, frequency domain and trend chart analysis functions were explored by labview to deal with the vibration data of pipelines, initially forming to the software of pipeline vibration condition monitoring and prediction.
