To exploit a solid waste which was produced in the manufacture of Vitamin B6 by oxazole method,its structure was carefully analyzed.And then the molecular structure of the solid waste was carefully inferred by combining the production process and the reaction mechanism.Infrared spectrum analysis and dissolution experiment in various solvents show that the solid waste is a substance whose molecular weight is relatively large and possessed good surface active property.Carboxyl group and amino group are the main hydrophilic groups.So the solid waste has the good prospect as flotation stuff of the ore industry.Based on this,exploring its flotation property by using phosphate?graphite and soluble potash salts.The low-grade potash ore in Luobupo was dealed with by flotation.The method of decomposition first and then flotation was adopted.When the dosage of black paste was 2 kg/t,the pulp concentration of ore was 30%,the effect of flotation was relatively good.But this is not enough to apply into the industry.10 mL saturation black paste solution was put into 250 mL over saturation low-grade potash ore.The results indicate that the effect of concentrating potassium ion is better than flotation.The potassium ion grade is 8.54%,which is better than 6.67%.The results are explained by new flotation theoryThe black paste was put in use in the graphite flotation.First the black paste was used as collector and foam agent,then as the foam agent and the collector assist,and last modified.The black paste was modified by SDBS?SDS and TAS.And then they were implied into the graphite flotation.The experiment results indicated that the black paste had relatively good foam property and collection property,but poor selectivity which was improved a little after modified by other surface-active.The property of the black paste as phosphate collector was explored.And the direct and reverse flotation conditions of the Huangmailing phosphate was achieved by single factor experiments.The direct and reverse flotation experiment of Huangmailing was conducted,using the black paste as collector.And a regular collector was used as contrast.The results indicated that the effect of direct flotation was better than the reverse flotation.This proved Carboxyl group was the main hydrophilic groups.The phosphate flotation experiment also indicated that the solid waste as phosphate collector has better collection property than Sodium oleic acid,but has weaker selectivity.The collection property of the black paste was modified by using sodium oleic acid?sodium hard fat acid and sodium rapeseed fat acid.And then the flotation experiment was conducted.The experiment results indicated that the collector all have better collection property after modified.And sodium oleic acid has the best collection property.The phosphate grade was improved from15.5% to 24.8% by once roughing,once cleaning.
