Study On The Application Of Green Credit In The Governance Of Haze

In recent years,China’s rapid economic development,urbanization and industrialization are accelerating,but the extensive mode of economic growth has brought a heavy burden on the environment.Increasingly frequent fog and haze,the deterioration of air quality on the one hand seriously affect the quality of life of the people,on the other hand also seriously restricting the further development of China’s economy.So haze governance has become a problem to have to face.The Beijing Municipal Government promulgated the air of Beijing heavy pollution emergency plan(Trial)",the Beijing 2013-2020 air pollution control measures",the Beijing 2013-2017 clean air plan of action "and other programs.Commercial banks to implement green credit policy by limiting to the high energy consumption,high polluting enterprises and projects financing requirements,and credit funds is specialized in environmental protection,ecological construction enterprises,support and encourage the development of green enterprises,to play the role of financial leverage,the haze governance to more and more important role.In this paper,we first introduce the haze formation mechanism and current China’s major urban air pollution situation and then to overseas,including the United States,Britain,Japan and other countries built in haze governance experience and measures were summarized and analyzed,to our country present stage the main governance haze measures are described.The third chapter in the green credit concept,the characteristic,the development background and in the development process and present situation of our country were described in detail.On the basis of introduced to achieve a haze of governance on the basis of the relevant theory,green credit governance haze approaches using the green credit policy,and for commercial banks in the implementation of the green credit obtained from the haze governance positive feedback positive effect on bank performance.The fourth chapter analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced by the implementation of green credit in our country through the SWOT model,and puts forward the relevant strategic decision-making basis.The last chapter puts forward some suggestions on the development of green credit policy.
