This paper studies construction design optimization of Xiren and Yanya phosphorus mines which both belong to Yangfeng Group.Aiming at solution for existing problems of mine development system,ventilation system,drainage system and inclined shaft construction,the preliminary design is optimized,through scientific analysis and calculation.Additionally,new equipment,new technique and strict construction management are adopted to make the production system safer,more efficient and more economical.According to the reality of Xiren phosphorus mine,its ventilation system is changed to central-diagonal arrangement without additional air shaft.It can not only reduce cost of air shaft driving,but also avoid the connection of air shaft and goaf.Zoning ventilation is used.For example,it can just use single fan when working respectively in north and south mining area to reduce ventilation cost.Treating the deep of north as ore possessed and adding air shafts in north area are conducive to the prospecting and extraction of mine layer in the deep of north area.Through calculation and optimization of ventilation system,low power consumption fans are chosen,under conditions of safe air volume and quality.The total load of the two fans is 41.8 kW which is much lower than original load of one fan(75kW)and air path distribution is more reasonable.In terms of the drainage system of Xiren mine,multi-stage relay drainage is changed to single-stage drainage.A new water sump(4000m3)and a pump room are built on the level of-60 m to drain outside via +140m drift directly.It needs fewer people and can drain in electricity off peak period.With electricity off peak drainage,the-60 m pump can save more than 600,000 Yuan for drainage electricity cost(saving 3 Yuan per ton of ore in average).Additionally,the-60 m water sump can be used as transfer sump to lay foundation for drainage of deep mining.In Yanya mine,the original ramp in lode is changed to ramp outside lode so that the problem of difficult slicing blasting in lode is solved and it is simple and reliable to locate in stable rock layer without support.In the late extraction,there will be no overlaid ore.Air shaft is changed from 1378 drift to 1440 drift.So wind can go up to 1440 drift from 1430 return airway.The air path is shorter than the original path,with smaller ventilation resistance and better ventilation effect.It can avoid passing goaf when 1378 drift is used as air shaft.Main transportation shaft mouth is changed form 1306 shaft mouth to 1420 shaft mouth,bringing shorter ventilation distance,better ventilation effect and lower excavation cost.In east second area,original single linking ramp is changed to two ramps,making along-vein roadway shorter.So it is more conducive to accelerate mining-cutting and increase extraction intensity,ensuring meeting designed production ability.Then,it also studies optimization for construction plan of inclined shaft in Xiren mine and ramp in Yanya mine.In the construction process of inclined shaft in Xiren mine,laser orientation instrument is used to control gradient and direction.It can not only reduce labor intensity and management difficulty,but also can make the gradient and direction more accurate and bring better track erection.For the sake of low head of small pump and operation difficulty of big pump drainage in inclined shaft construction,eluding chamber is used as temporary water sump and small pump is located on working face with big pump in temporary sump.Blasting in groups solves the problem that construction is stopped by the flooded bottom of inclined shaft and can make sure of the gradient consistency of the inclined shaft.In ramp construction process of Yanya mine,through research on connection of ramp direction and layer inclination,it establishes acceleration tables of ramp direction and seam strike to direct ramp construction.In the construction period,construction direction should be modified in time,keeping the length of crosscut within economy and reason.At last,this paper also studies construction management.It improves construction quality to meet the requirement of design,by the means of strengthen construction technique management.It ensures safe and efficient construction via supervision of important construction steps,regulations and scene supervision by full-time staff.
