As a new kind of functional composite,embedded co-cured damping structure(ECCDS)has a wide application prospect in the many fields such as aerospace engineering,precision guided vehicles and high-speed train manufacturing and so on.The high temperature resistance performance and mechanical properties under high temperature environment is essential for ECCDS to be widely used.Based on the previous study and the high temperature performance of fluorine rubber,the high temperature resistance and the damping performance of a viscoelastic material are obtained by the orthogonal experiment,mechanical properties test,DMA experiment and weight loss experiment.In this paper,the viscoelastic damping material solution was prepared by using tetrahydrofuran solvent,and the embedded high-temperature co-cured damping composite specimens are manufactured finally by double-side brushing and co-curing process.After the specimens are treated under different aging temperature,the relationship of the partial mechanical properties before and after aging treatment with thickness of damping layer and aging temperature are comparatively obtained by the modal tests,free attenuation tests and interlaminar shear tests.The viscoelastic damping material ingredient which can fabricate embedded high-temperature co-cured damping composite is achieved by the final screening.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)By orthogonal experiment,the viscoelastic damping material ingredient is finally selected after the influence of the fluorine rubber with different additives on mechanical properties are studied in detail.(2)The manufacturing process of high temperature fluorine rubber is developed after the measurement results of the high temperature resistance performance test,damping performance test,aging test,DMA experiment and weight loss experiment are analyzed,which provides basic support for the improvement of high temperature damping material performance.(3)The least-square technique with band-pass filter is presented in order to analyze the damping coefficient of ECCDS specimen accurately.(4)A manufacturing process of the embedded high-temperature co-cured damping composite is developed,which will provide reference for the application of ECCDS in high temperature environment.
