Pharmaceutical wastewater has always been the difficulty of wastewater treatment and in a lot of pharmaceutical wastewater containing high concentration of sulfate and sulfate under anaerobic conditions will revert to the sulfate,hydrogen sulfide gas in the biochemical treatment system,the sulphide can produce inhibition of wastewater anaerobic section,often leads to the treatment effect of anaerobic process,and even the whole processing system failure.A pharmaceutical company as A fermentation and extraction of pharmaceutical enterprises,its high concentration and low concentration of two strands of pharmaceutical wastewater,high concentration wastewater by chemical precipitation + hydrolysis acidification,mixed with low concentration wastewater in the buffer pool,after dealing with the A/O process outside again,but because of the high sulfate concentration in the wastewater,the hydrolysis acidification process to produce inhibition,cause the hydrolysis acidification treatment effect has not been achieved,the subsequent processing section caused by load is bigger,excess water.In this paper,according to the company's pharmaceutical waste water sources and water quality characteristics,effect of the original process monitoring,analysis of existing problems,and puts forward its high concentration wastewater with low concentration wastewater has handled separately,original treatment process only to deal with low concentration wastewater discharging standard,can be in high concentration wastewater using existing pools to upgrade and adopt "hydrolysis acidification pretreatment + ABR sulfate-reducing precipitation + ABR + except COD + A/O + air flotation pool" combination process for processing,solved the original treatment process can not meet the requirement of the processing of the status quo,guarantee the company stable effluent discharging standard,for the treatment process of hydrogen sulphide deodorant processing.In this paper,the modified ABR reactor was studied,and its treatment effect of COD was analyzed,and the results show that after the ABR reactor treatment,concentrated waste water COD removal rate of 98.2% on average.COD removal rate of 96.2% than the original treatment technique have improved greatly,make the drug company concentrated waste emissions standards,at the same time in addition to the influence of hydrogen sulfide on the surrounding environment.
