As China's economic and social integration into the process of globalization continues to accelerate, China's construction projects are also gradually opening up, "to come in, go out" development strategy not only to China's project management has brought new ideas and methods, But also let us see a huge gap in the project risk management. The scale of modern engineering projects is expanding and the investment is increasing day by day. The outside interference factors of the projects are gradually increased, which bring serious threat to the successful completion of the project and the reasonable economic profit. Therefore, the construction enterprises must have a deep understanding of the various risks faced by the project, analyze the nature and source of the risk, judge the possible loss of risk and take appropriate measures to prevent and reduce the risks and losses that the enterprise may suffer.Based on the basic theory research of project risk management, this paper summarizes the connotation, basic principles and the main content of risk management of engineering project risk, and analyzes the problems existing in the process of project risk management in our country. The theory and practice of this paper, combined with the large-scale refinery engineering project itself, the project identification and evaluation to discuss. The process of risk identification of the large-scale refinery project is the collection of risk data, the uncertainty analysis, the initial risk list, and the final risk list after the risk factors are classified and summarized. Risk evaluation is based on risk identification, and the risk evaluation index system of large-scale refinery project is inverted tree system, followed by root risk, dry risk and branch risk, forming a top-down three-level Risk index system. This paper divides the risk control of the large-scale refinery project into four phases of the project process, so as to realize the whole process of project risk management.Based on the theoretical research, this paper establishes the risk hierarchy chart of the large-scale oil refinery project of Q Company, uses the fuzzy hierarchy method to identify and weigh the various risk factors, calculates the risk analysis models and the risk Level, and based on the above analysis results, the corresponding response measures.
