| The content of inhaled particulate matter in ambient air often exceeds the concentration limit of national standard in China.Using filter materials with barrier property to filter the air is an effective way to solve this problem.The filter materials with single function,low filter efficiency,high filtration resistance and low dust holding capacity have been widely adopted.Therefore,the development of composite air filter materials and comprehensive evaluation on their filtering performance are particularly important.Based on filtering mechanism of filter materials and the national requirements of air quality,a filter material performance test and analysis system was established according to national and international standards to test the performance of acupuncture,meltblown and spunbond air filter materials.The optimized polypropylene acupuncture air filter material is subjected to an electret treatment.The optimum processes were determined with orthogonal design and variance analysis to prepare PAN and PA6 electrospinning membrane,as well as PP and PP/PE spunbond membrane.The SMS composite air filter materials were prepared in meltblown/spunbond nonwoven product line.The electret composite air filter materials were prepared by covering two films on the acupunctur electret filtration materials.The performance of two composite filter materials were tested and analyzed.The filtration performance of various composite air filter materials were evaluated with grey clustering analysis.The results can provide an important technical reference for the selection of filter materials used in the comfort air conditioning system. |
