Research And Realization On Coal Mine Behavior-based Safety Management And Pre-warning Information System

A large number of coal mine accident statistics survey results show that the miners’ unsafe behavior is the direct cause and the main factors that cause the most coal mine accidents.Therefore,it is undoubtedly the most effective means to ensure the safety production and prevent the occurrence of coal mine accidents in the management and control of the unsafe behavior of coal mine workers.Considering the difficult control of human factors,many security experts applied the Behavior-based Safety management(BBS)method to coal mine safety management,the results show that the miners’ unsafe behavior has been effectively improved.In order to manage the miners’ unsafe behavior in a timely and effective manner,it is necessary to make use of the technical advantages of information management to establish a coal mine behavior-based safety management and pre-warning information system.This paper point at the management and control of miners’ unsafe behavior in coal mine production.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign outstanding behavior safety management mode,according to the coal mine safety management method,combined with the current research results of behavior control technology and coal mine safety regulations,the system design objectives are defined.After analyzing the feasibility of the system,the overall structure,function module and database model of the system are designed according to the coal mine actual situation and the system requirement.And finally,the coal mine behavior-based safety management and pre-warning information system based on B/S structure is developed in the Visual Studio development platform by using the method of plane object,and in the use of ASP.NET,Matlab,Web Service and Oracle database technology.This system can realize the identification and warning to the miners’ unsafe behavior,and manage the information of emergency plan,“one ventilation three prevention” and coal mine accidents in the process of coal mine production,at the same time,it can be used to assess the safety level of coal mine production.This article elaborates the design and implementation process of coal mine behavior-based safety management and pre-warning information system in the aspects of behavior safety management method,behavior warning method,system analysis,system design and system realization.At last,the paper tested the system function by using black box testing method,according to the system requirements.The realization of this system can not only ensure the efficiency,real-time and accuracy of coal mine safety management by the means of information technology,but also have important practical significance to improve the level of coal mine enterprises in China.
