Precision CNC turret is a core feature of moderm CNC machine tools,its performance will directly affect the overall performance of the machine.The development of precision NC rotary table has been listed as an important project of"high grade CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment" in a few years.,multi-unit launched a multi-faceted research breakthroughs,and hydrostatic NC table because of its precision high rigidity,large bearing,low abrasion,shock resistance,good damping characteristics,etc.become the main research directions.In this paper,researched the key technical issues of 2000mm precision CNC direct drive hydrostatic turntable with a company,presented a constant flow hydrostatic closed turret structure through analyzed and compared the various components of the hydrostatic turntable,given the corresponding results through analyzed and calculated turntable hydraulic systems and hydrostatic bearing,Finally,simulated hydrostatic bearing working condition,this paper includes the following main elements:Firstly,hydrostatic bearing technology development at domestic and foreign,the static pressure of the turntable are summarized,explained the background,significance and content.Second,introduced the theoretical basis of hydraulic supporting and related hydraulic calculations,analyzed the key technology of large-scale closed constant direct-drive turntable,given the turntable mechanical structure,design the hydraulic system.Thirdly,a structure of static bearing was presented,combined with existing hydrostatic bearing.analyzed the hydrostatic bearing pressure and temperature detection,given a temperature sensor,a pressure sensor profile,analyzed the hydrostatic bearing cooling system,given a cooling structure of hydrostatic bearing.Fourth,using Streaming finite element coupling method,introduced fluid equations,introduction of ANSYS software used in the field of fluid-structure couplings detailed analysis of the hydrostatic bearing fluid-structure interaction field belongs to the unidirectional flow structure interaction analysis.Fifth,simulated the actual working conditions of the hydrostatic bearing from the basic principles of fluid-solid coupling,obtained the velocity distribution and pressure distribution maps of hydrostatic bearing.Above turntable design,hydraulic system design and calculation,analysis and calculation,Fluid-solid coupling simulation of hydrostatic bearings,etc.,can be used as a reference when designing similar products.
