In the field of textile, textile fiber testing is a very important process. The textile fiber testing needs to be carried out in the low temperature environment, and puts forward the new requirements for the testing speed, developing a high degree automation micro platform seems imminent. Abroad there have been some high degree automation micro platform, but it can not make the customers satisfied for the expensive price. Although there are some micro platform automation transformation success stories in our country, but they all are not promoted well. Therefore, developing a high automation micro platform with an affordable has very good market prospects.On the basis of the domestic and foreign relevant papers, I put forward a set of automation solutions based on the existing traditional micro platform. This paper mainly into the in-depth study in the design of the control system, the main work is as follows:1. Completing hardware design of the 2D motion control system M415B drive and C8051 F021 based as the main controller2. Completing the hardware scheme design of temperature monitoring system which consists PT100 and C8051F021 based as the main controller.3. Completing the design of a PC software contains temperature display, platform motion according to the parameters,platform motion according to the fine tuning.4. Completing the software system design Contains temperature monitoring, platform 2D motion control and the parallel communication between upper machin e and lower machine5. After the completion of the design,system can achieve the platform temperature control and display on the host computer software and control platform displacement through the PC software.
