Design And Realization Of Mine Emergency Scheduling System Based On Real-Time Data Platform

Most of China's daily energy consumption comes from coal. At the same time, the coal industry is the high-risk industry, disasters and accidents are frequent. With the country attached great importance to the coal mine safety production management, most of the current coal mines constructed the underground environmental monitoring system. But because of their own problems and shortcomings, in practice they can't fully play its due role. Through the application of data exchange platform in the mine environmental monitoring system, can effectively solve the existing problems and shortcomings in environmental monitoring system underground coal, and comprehensively apply deep level of environmental monitoring data.Emergency rescue is the key to prevent accidents and disasters And reduce the accident loss of a ring. In emergency response process, emergency rescue is the measures or actions to minimize the loss or damage caused by the accident.Mine has its own emergency response plan, but it does not meet the actual needs, there are still problems on the implementation of the emergency response plan.This paper discusses the mine emergency scheduling system based on real-time data platform. Attempts to use the new technology of programming, network, database etc, provides a more advanced, effective tool for the traditional mine emergency rescue. The mine emergency scheduling system based on real-time data platform is to study on the establishment of an effective emergency rescue dispatch system. It studied a set of digital, information of mine emergency scheduling system by research from real time & validity of Information collection, information collection and information transmission. This thesis studies on system management of real-time data platform, adapter function customization, data acquisition service, data publishing service, emergency rescue resources management, emergency preplan library management, disaster warning alarm and rapid response, start digital emergency plan, collaborative scheduling of emergency resources.
