A Study Of Environmental Protection SME Financing

With the development of economy,the environment pollution increasingly harsh,and the people's demand for improving environmental quality is more urgent.The government of China has listed in the national strategy for the construction of ecology civilization.As a high?tech industry,science and technology innovation is the main engine of environment industry.There is no doubt,the small and medium?sized enterprises(SME)is the largest source of innovation.But many environmental protection SME lack of funding,which is directly hindrance the development of industry.The purpose of this paper is to study the environmental protection SME financing problem,and find the way to solve it.There are six chapters:First,elaborated the situation of environmental pollution problem,and explain the necessity of supporting to environmental protection SME.Second,define the environmental protection SME,and introduced the related concepts.Third,illustrate the situation of environmental protection enterprise financing,and analyze what causes the financing difficulties.Fourth,introduced the supporting policies of three countries,which is the leading environmental technology,as a demonstration of China.Fifth,design of a multiple stage system of financial support,and put forward suggestions to improve the environmental protection SME financing predicament.In the end,summarizes the conclusions.
