China was rich in gold resources, gold as a conventional economic levers and strategic reserves of its prominent position in the world's long-term attention. The development and utilization of gold resources was related to the country's economic development and social stability. In the face of huge gold resources, the actual development there were enormous difficulties and were faced with many problems.For a long time there was a problem in the technique of producing gold ore mining, About 30% of the gold ore difficult exploitation in proven reserves of ore. How to improve the efficiency of these refractory low-content ore samples was an important problem that needs to be solved. A series of traditional separation and enrichment gold chemical analysis methods could not deal with these refractory low-content ore samples. Therefore, it was very urgent to study the effective methods for separation and extraction of gold from gold-bearing ores which were low in content and difficult to decompose. With the advancement and innovation of chemical analysis technology, many new and advanced technical equipments had been put into chemical analysis, which had provided new possibility for solving the problems of gold chemical analysis.In this paper, a flexible polyurethane foam was selected as the sample enrichment and separation of gold ore carrier element. By understanding the reaction mechanism of flexible polyurethane foam and preparation molding process. The flex-ible polyurethane foam had adsorption characteristics because of its structure.Flexible polyurethane foam in aqua regia oscillation and adsorption by gold, separation by thiourea and determined by chemical methods. The optimum conditions of experiments were obtained by the condition experiment:the aqua concentration was in the range of 10-15%; ferric chloride solution concentration 60mg/ml; the equilibrium adsorption time 1 hour; the thiourea concentration was 1%; the boiling water bath time was 20 minutes. To ensure that the gold ionic recovery was 99% or more. The detection limit was 0.014ng/g and the method of pretreatment of 5% hydrochloric acid immersion method, the method of separation was 1%-2% hydrochloric acid solution thiourea relief method, it was through the national standard examination by precision testing and detection accuracy.The test method had application value.
