This paper is based on the research of elliptic division and singular point identification of the spark discharge point distribution,which can make the metal with high precision and high efficiency.In the past,the detection process ignores an important issue is the optimization of the data.Because the data directly led to the study of the discharge point detection and evaluation of the location is good or bad.The results of the data directly affect the reliability and regularity of the final WEDM evaluation and evaluation during the study of the data.Removing the noise from the detected discharge points,and eliminating the impossible factors so as to make the detection results more accurate evaluation system.Therefore,this paper compares WEDM discharge point position detection with WEDM processing method,studies different modules and different principle of WEDM discharge point position detection,selects reasonable and efficient WEDM discharge point position detection method to EDM wire cutting,The effect of discharge point detection can be achieved by quantifying and optimizing the location of WEDM discharge point and constructing the evaluation module.Analysis and comparison of the WEDM discharge point position detection hardware system structures,through the LABVIEW visual language on the WEDM discharge point position detection module structures;WEDM discharge point position detection experimental study.The feasibility of the whole testing system and the design of the calibration experiment were tested.The length of the wire was optimized during the study of the WEDM position detection experiment and the accuracy of the WEDM position detection experiment was improved and the efficiency was improved in the course of establishing the experiment.In WEMM processing,the position uniformity of discharge point in 15 ml / min ultrasonic water mist medium and in atmosphere medium in 25 ml / min steamwater mist medium is in the emulsion DX-1 medium.How to change,and to explore the increase in offset and discharge point uniformity between the law and the increase in feed rate and uniformity between the law and contact.Finally,in the microscopic case,the electrical and non-electrical parameters of the discharge point distribution under different conditions are obtained,and the optimum machining quality is obtained.
