Fire and explosion accidents of chemical tank will produce destructive debris flows out once hit neighboring tanks or other industrial facilities will trigger a Domino effect.Nowadays,the simulation of combustion and explosion is mainly based on the traditional form of numerical and image.With the rapid development of computer technology,the 3D simulation technology based on the 3D rendering engine is gradually iterating the previous simulation.Based on the 3D simulation of the security evaluation has the advantages of threedimensional visualization and immersive experience and efficient data computing capabilities.It can simulate the accident scene and reproduce the accident process as well as make a more comprehensive system safety evaluation for the scope and extent of the impact of the accident.Compared with the traditional safety evaluation technology,this technology can further improve the level of safety evaluation,and provide more scientific and effective basis for safety management and hazard control.In this paper,the mechanism of explosive reaction and the generation and release of energy are analyzed.For the physical explosion,the explosive energy release model was established for the gas,liquid and gas liquid mixture respectively.For chemical explosion,the energy release model is analyzed in terms of the volume of the combustion substance and the combustion heat.Then through the consequences of the accident and the initial velocity of gas expansion model of debris work in two ways to do the analysis.According to the empirical data to determine the accident debris ejection angle.The evaluation method can be applied to the analysis of accident consequences,and can also be applied to the prediction of accidents.The 3D models established by 3ds Max are imported into Unity3 D to build 3D virtual reality environment.Based on the analysis and derivation of the mathematical model,the debris motion analysis model is embedded into the 3D virtual reality environment.From the point of view of software development,we choose the appropriate scene configuration and data structure,then edit the simulation object.And the sampling module of uncertain data is used to provide data support for the analysis of motion data and trajectory display.Three dimensional simulation test of explosive debris can be used to output the collision data,breakdown data and debris distribution data.The simulation results can be obtained by inputting the necessary simulation data.The results are used to analyze the range and magnitude of the damage,and provide the reference for the analysis and prediction of the accident...
