| Safe assessment plays an important part of safety system, its aim is security of system and apply evaluation both qualitatively and quantitatively in the risk of system. It is the main idea of this essay to apply the method of DOW Fire Index V.7.0 and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, and assesses security of explosive factory in FuXin. This essay includes three parts: The first part primarily analysis one risk factors in the production system of explosive workshop, which is assessed by the application of the method of DOW Fire Index V.7.0 and according to the result of the assessment, safety countermeasures for accident prevention are put forward. The second part establishes the system of security index evaluation in the explosive factory, and achieves important of Indexes. The third part apply the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory to the safe evaluation of explosive factory and analysis all the factors that its safety, so that comprehensive evaluation result of security in explosive factory are obtained. |
