The catalytic cracking units were established around world in a rapid speed,and China became the most important country of the development of the CCU.There was no doubt that the CCU as an important plant converted the lower valuable gas oil and residuum to higher valuable gasoline,liquid petrol gas,desiel and so on.The catalytic cracking unit made a significant effect on the profit of fuel-type refinery.It was a fact that the core unit optimization of refinery was the CCU,so the stable operation and process optimization of the CCU were the most important management in refinery.This article analyzed the product streams of the CCU in the economic way based on production,quality,technologic and financial statistics.According to normal process flow,the gas from the CCU and Coking Unit was used as fuel,the Gas Separation Plant processed the raw liquid petrol gas,propene gone to Polypropylene Unit,mixed C4 was converted to methyl tertiary-butyl ether,the primary gasoline and diesel were flowed to Hydrogenation Unit,coker naphtha was the material for the Continuous Catalytic Reforming Unit,the hydrogen sulfide was treated in the Sulfuric Acid and Sulfur Plants,the slurry was used to produce asphalt.By considering variable expense,quality(LIMS)and statistic data,the product stream of the CCU and Coking Unit could be estimated.At the same time,the whole profit of the CCU could be figured out by using financial intermediate material price.The result guided the CCU processing in increasing gasoline or liquid petrol gas yield as an optimal method.Additionally,the aim of the following part was to provide guidance on the optimization of the CCU.Finally,by using operating,quality and statistic data,this passage analyzed the bottleneck problems which were caused by the CCU feed-oil becoming heavier and poorer in quality,summarized the information,and found the solution at last.
