With the speeding up of urbanization and the increase of people's living standard,the demand for architectural coatings as one indispensable material in life is more and more big,the architectural coatings industry has developed rapidly in recent years,but its rapid development has also exposed a lot of serious problems,including volatile organic compounds(VOCs)of the environmental pollution problem is particularly prominent.Architectural coatings industry,product category,there are many different kinds of VOCs pollution,harm is big,various modes of emissions from the source,process,management and so on each link at the end in the study of VOCs control technologies of architectural cont coating product categories,storage,production and release of VOCs in use process tyatings industry to enhance the level of architectural coatings industry,reduce the air pollution is of great significance.Architectural coatings VOCs produced characteristics analysis shows that the GB/T2705-1992 coating product classification and naming of different classification methods involved in the architectural coatings product from solvent storage transport,production and use of each link will be different levels of VOCs pollution,and on the basis of differepe,emissions and concentrations of each are not identical,and each link of VOC emissions estimation and test method have different methods,analyses the typical architectural coatings product primer VOCs,PU polyurethane paint,latex paint production process the production nodes and emission characteristics,coating is given to product the production VOCs monitoring method,in order to provide the basis for building coating VOCs regulation.Proposed paint coating cleaning process,the end of the tail gas treatment process VOCs control,analyses the VOCs end-treatment technical characteristics,and at the end of a paint co.In hebei province to implement governance engineering application.Status investigation and monitoring showed that the water-based wood paint shop outside VOCs concentration of 371.69 mg/m3,PU polyester paint shop VOCs concentration of 765.42mg/m3,serious in hebei province is beyond the "standard of volatile organic compounds emission control of industrial enterprises"(DB13/2322-2322),choose "adsorption-desorption and adsorption enrichment + catalytic combustion of VOCs waste gas purification system,operation monitoring results show that the system of VOCs removal efficiency is more than 90%,main pollutants discharge of tail gas of benzene,toluene andxylene,the total hydrocarbon content of methane DB13/2322-2016 standard requirements.For the coating industry VOCs waste management provides the technical support.
