| At present, in the hole world, the development and utilization of new energy sources has become a mainstream trend, and solar energy in which occupies an important position. More and more solar panels are mounted on the outdoor roof or the open area where accept strong lighting. In the course of time,the surface of solar panels will adhere to a great deal of dust, poultry manure and other organic pollutants.These pollutants seriously affected the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar panels, greatly reducing the use performance, even when serious damage electronic devices, resulting in serious losses.To solve the above problems, this paper puts forward a method to improve the efficiency of solar cell panel photoelectric conversion by cleaning robot and nano TiO2 thin films. The paper mainly studies the following two aspects:On the one hand, prepare a layer of nano TiO2 film on the surface of the solar panels, using nano TiO2 photocatalytic activity and photoinduced hydrophilic to maintain solar panel surface clean, which is a feasible method to improve solar cell conversion efficiency. On the other hand, through a solar panel on the clean robot design, to complete coverage of clean solar panels, achieve the purpose of intelligent cleaning.In this paper finally through rigorous I-V test data, test results intuitive mapping analysis in this paper concluded:by combining solar panels cleaning robot, and surface preparation of nanometer TiO2 thin films, significantly improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar panels, the better to achieve maximum use of solar energy. |
