Abstract/Summary:
Photocatalytic materials of Fe2O3 and TiO2 loaded on WBFS(TiO2/Fe2O3/WBFS or TiO2/Fe2O3/BFSFS) and iron doped TiO2 loaded on WBFS(Fe-TiO2/WBFS or FeTiO2/BFSFS) were prepared in different loading way by sol-gel method using ferric nitrate in nine water as source of iron and tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source, and surface etching of WBFS or BFSFS as the carrier. The materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Transmission electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectrum test means. Photocatalytic activity of coating photocatalysts evaluated by using the degradation of methylene blue(MB) as the degradation target in visible light, The main conclusions as follows:1)Photocatalytic materials of Fe2O3 and TiO2 loaded on WBFS, loaded Fe2O3 on slag calcined at 700 ℃, continue to load TiO2 one times after 550 ℃. In the term of photocatalytic activity, TiO2/Fe2O3/WBFS is stronger than Fe2O3/WBFS and TiO2/WBFS.After the simulation of sunlight for 360 min, the degradation of it to MB is 90%.2)Doping amount of iron ion is 2 mol%. After calcining under the temperature of450 ℃, Fe-TiO2/WBFS can be achieved and they covert into mixture crystal composed by anatase and rutile, its microstructure presenting porous. After xenon lamp illuminating for 180 min, the degradation of Fe-TiO2/WBFS to MB reachs to 95%. Used repeatedly for5 times, the photocatalytic activity of Fe-TiO2/WBFS can reach to 75%.3)In the term of photocatalytic activity, the material of Fe-TiO2/BFSFS supported by BFSFS is stronger than the material of Fe-TiO2/WBFS supported by WBFS. After xenon lamp illuminating for 180 min, the photocatalytic degradation of Fe-TiO2/BFSFS can reach to 95.11%. The photocatalytic degradation of TiO2/Fe2O3/BFSFS is 90%.Compared with TiO2/Fe2O3/WBFS, it increases by 10%.4) After used repeatedly 5 times, the photocatalytic effect of Fe-TiO2/BFSFS is stronger than Fe-TiO2/WBFS. The degradation of Fe-TiO2/BFSFS to MB is 78%.Compared with Fe-TiO2/WBFS, it increases by 3%.
