With the continuous development of textile technology and pressure-sensitive adhesive,self-adhering bandages are widely used in the field of sports and health as the features of convenient and versatile.But it is restrained because of some problem.At present,the commercially available self-adhering bandages are interwaved by cotton,polyeste and spandex.It has wet permeability property and vapour permeability so the comfort of them are poor.On the other hand,the single adhesive layer lead to peel strength.So they are not good used for people with different age or different skin.In this thesis,according to the problem of commercially available self-adhering bandages,low elastic polypropylene filament and rubber latex are used as the bandages fabric and the adhesive layer are changed. A series of sport bandages are developed with different peel strength,softness,good wet permeability and vapour permeability.Low elastic polypropylene filament and rubber latex thread are used to design and weave sport bandages fabric, and printed acrylate adhesive discontinuously by silk screen print method.The bandages are acquired.Taking perfomance tests of the bandages fabric and bandages and comparing with the commercially available self-adhering bandages, result shows that the bandages this thesis designed have good properties,such as high peel strength,softness,good wet permeability property and vapour permeability.A elastic recovery rate model is established.PP and rubber latex thread interweaved sport bandage fabrics are used as the research object.In the fabrics, the effects of weft yarn and pillar stitch are ignored,and the elasticity of rubber latex play a decisive role.The elastic recovery rate formula is established and its formula can be used to calculate and predict elastic recovery rate of this kind of sport bandage fabrics with the deviation of less than 0.3%.The elastic recovery rate formula is as follows:?=-8.1028d~2+17.911d+83.947The self-adhesiving sport bandages are designed with bar pattern adhesive layer.The bar pattern is 2mm wide according to a separation of 1mm.The angle are formed between bar pattern and width direction with 0,15,30,45,90 degrees.The formula of peel strength of self-adhesiving sport bandage is set up based on Maxwell model.It can be used to calculate and predict peel strengh of this kind of self-adhesiving sport bandages.The deviation percentage is calculated.
