This subject is based on an enterprise's laminated glass process design and production. With the development of society, the demand of laminated glass and all sorts of properties and functions of laminated glass are more and more higher than before. While the functional laminated glass is a kind of laminated glass with new functional high-viscosity fluid as the core.The main process line of research in the following aspects:Depending on the property of the high viscosity fluid, with the pressing process, film re-dissolving process and grouting process respectively, high viscosity fluid is injected to the glass sandwich. The pressing process is that some high-viscosity fluid is scratched to be a uniform thickness on a single-layer glass firstly, then cover another piece of glass onto it, and finally caulk the edge of the laminated glass for the production of no bubble, filled completely laminated glass. The film re-dissolving process is that according to the re-solubility and film-forming of fluid, high viscosity fluid is made into the film first, and then put the film flat in the laminated glass which has sealed by adhesive.Finally, re-dissolve film through infusion of solvent for production of laminated glass. Grouting process is discrabed as follow:with a high-viscosity fluid pump as its power regulating pressure and flow at the discharge port junction with the feed inlet and controlling the thickness, tightness and the deformation degree of laminated glass.The high viscosity fluid is poured into the glass interlayer for laminated glass.As new functional laminated glass is a new generation of composite glass, its process is different from the widespread process of laminated glass.Thus, according to the production requirements, design specifications, high viscosity characteristics of the material and particularity of glass material, this paper mainly introduces the background and purpose of the topic, definition and nature of high-viscosity fluid, design of process, selection and calculation of process equipment, influence of concentration, viscosity, pH, solubility, ductility, interaction between material and surface of glass, material handling power and other conditions of the sealing process on the feasible of process.
